I didn't realize how much stuff people give you when you get a house. At my housewarming party I recieved... candles, a picture frame, a green basket with goodies, lady bug towels, a goldfish (live!), a fruit bowl, a wine glass and bottle holder, a candy dish, wine, homemade mead, two wooden seagulls, coffee mugs, a stuffed bunny, and a margarita set. It felt like a baby or bridal shower as I opened each package and held up the contents for oooh and ahhs.
Earlier Aaron had given me a bunny candle holder and a rose bush. Kristen sent me Dean and Deluca goodies and a Babar dish set. Friday a box came in the mail from Squib with Asian stationary, cookies and a really cool retro celery green apron. All most excellent stuff! I should have moved ages ago!
