Happy Light

The average US city gets 205 days of sunshine a year. Rochester gets 165. That puts it at number 57 on the list of US cities with the lowest average amount of sunshine.

I was feeling run down from this long winter we are having, borrowed my friend's happy light and sunned myself in front of it like a lizard. It does seem to put a little pep in your step. Aaron ordered me one, and now each afternoon in the office there is a little light session with tea and chocolate. Just what you need to get through the winter.
