It's that time of year where almost every blog post is going to be about the bounty we are getting from our garden and CSA. Look at this eggplant I picked from our garden!
I sliced it, breaded it, fried it in a little oil then topped each slice with homemade pizza sauce (more on that later) and cheese. A few minutes in the oven to melt the cheese and that was our supper.
