The end of March brings our annual trek south for Maple Weekend, which includes a stop at Cuba Cheese.
Usually we are treading through piles of snow. This year we left our winter coats and boots behind in the seventy degree weather. We were able to get to the cows that are usually three feet deep in snow.

We walked up to the sugar shack and had a look around. This is an old school maple tap.
