Grandpap

Today my grandpap passed away. It was hard for me because I was traveling, but there are many things to be thankful for. He had a long, happy life. He went peacefully and it happened quickly.

It's strange how I always remember him looking the same. Even as I look at pictures from when I was a kid to my sister's graduation, he doesn't look that different to me. I'm so glad I will always remember him that way. He was the best ever.

    I'm so sorry - that's very sad. From the photos you posted, he looks like a warm and caring grandfather and he is clearly well loved by his family.

    I am really sorry for your loss... I just lost my Grandpa (88 years old!) last week.
    They lived good, great lives and have families who appreciate them and can carry on the best qualities.

    Very sorry to read about your loss Jenny. My grandparents mean the world to me and have taught me so much over the years. Grandparents are precious and I am glad you got to spend time with him and that you are left with so many wonderful memories. God Bless.
