Yup, so I'm in San Jose.
It's pretty cute here.
What? They don't grow like that?
I was pretty excited about coming here because I was meeting some nearby friends I met through blogging for dinner. Fourth Breakfast, Lady M, Karen (who we are trying to talk into starting a blog) and Auntie FaFa.
There are many reasons I love blogging but a big one is the friends I make. Some I have never met in person... HeyShanny and Sprittibee, and some I get to see occasionally like azure68. Either way blogging helps me stay in touch.
It's so cool to have people to meet up with when you are traveling solo.
Lady M gave me this little phone charm softie. He's a wasabi root. He is sharing my hotel room with me now. Heee.
Ah, this is my home town. I don't go back there enough. Have fun.
ReplyDeleteIt was so great to see you! I'm glad you like the wasabi. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat to see you! So honored to be on your blog:)
ReplyDeleteWe will meet one day! And it will be epic! Although it feels like we've been friends forever already. xo

Hi LJC! Just wanted to say "hi"... and "welcome to my city". I've been reading your blog for 5 years and still enjoy it very much. Hope you had a great trip to SJ!
ReplyDeleteWahh... so close yet so far... You were in my 'backyard'! (Okay, maybe not literally, but I am right next to SRow and I see you went there!) So bummed... I might have had a chance to bump into you although maybe I wouldn't recognize you without oscar? ;) jk. I hope you had fun visiting my lovely city...
ReplyDeleteOh, that's not a pic of SR. That's downtown SJ! LOL. Well, it's still close! ;)
ReplyDeletetry a Gravenstein apple if you find one in the Farmer's Market in Calif.
