This was Maple Weekend in New York State.
That means all you can eat pancakes with fresh maple syrup.

Oh Im so jealous!!! Im dying to go sugaring...I will settle for the big stack of pancakes and fresh maple syrup...but there is definately something so much more special about eating them Upstate. Yummmmm!
