my kitty kahlo loved lima beans. there's really no accounting for taste. i love the surprise ending of the video! also, the song from juno is an excellent editorial choice.
I had a cat who loved homemade pancakes & would growl at you if you tried to take it away from him after he got one. I also had a cat who loved McDonald's french fries, & one who loved to eat green pepper bits off frozen pizza.
I had a cat who loved cantaloupe and blueberries. We discovered the blueberry thing while making blueberry pancakes (lost a few on the floor). I don't remember how we decided she liked melon.
My cat now sits by the fridge door and meows until you give her "lettuces".
Sooo cute. You are awfully kind for holding the strawberry for so long. I usually lose my patience after the first few licks. (I tell my cat "just bite it..") My 17 year old cat likes brussel sprouts and asparagas...he will "growl" at us when we are eating until we give him some...silly boy. And YAY for Oscar!
I'm curious if you've tried bananas yet? So far bananas are the only food that Maui (one of our garbage disposals) has really turned his nose up at.
Once he realizes you are in possession of food he's right there at your feet howling away, but as soon as he gets a whiff of banana he's outta there! It's like cat repellent at our house!
haha - they played the "dirty monitor" video in my class today - on the projector! Pretty surprising considering I work for a pretty conservative company. LOL :) Go Oscar! Reminds me of my parents dogs - if the little chihuahua leaves a goody, their jack russell terrier is right there to catch the fallout. LOL.

ReplyDeletePoor Stewie; you snooze, you lose.
ReplyDeleteAh, Our Mitten cat has a veritable fruit obsession! Cats are weird. Zuzu only eats dry cat food and breakfast cereal. Go figure.
ReplyDeleteAnd I've been listening to that soundtrack nonstop for a week!
The surprise ending made me laugh out loud!
