ReplyDeleteI love weird side-of-the-road cheese places. I live in Illinois and am always entranced by these funny (and often seemingly large) places whenever I've found myself in nearby Wisconsin. I am so impressed that you dared enter such a place! I haven't had the guts. Perhaps I've worried I'd spend $500 in cheese. (I'm sure it's possible.)

Cuba, NY is my hometown! Best cheese I've ever had and it's spoiled me from being able to anything else. Thank goodness for mail order and the occasional visit!
