My phone battery is starting to give up the ghost, so I am getting phone envy again. I love this Mashimaro phone. Well, I love the little Korean bunny character in the first place and that makes the phone irresistable.
Of course, they are not available in America as far as I know. At least the LG Chocolate phones offer some variety... and they just released the pink Strawberry Chocolate. My contract isn't up until June, and I refuse to pay the non contract price so I will be drooling until then.
I had the chocolate for a few weeks, and I hated it. The hang-up button is on the side, and I kept hanging up on people, I couldn't figure it out at all. I had read all the bad reviews, but I thought, "Those are probably dumb people. I'll be able to figure it out." Or, at least it will be worth it, because it's cute. I couldn't, it wasn't.
ReplyDeleteLuckily, the Verizon store would take the phone back within 2 weeks. When I went to return the phone, there was a LINE of people in front of me also returning the chocolate.
It's cute, but completely unusable.
Heh, I was just going to say basically the exact same thing as your first commenter. I've heard VERY bad things about the usability of the chocolate phone. A friend of mine returned hers as well.
ReplyDeleteWhat's with the cell phone buttons on the SIDE people (and by "people", I mean cell phone companies)? Sprint's (or maybe everyone's?) razor phone has a button on the side to turn OFF the ringer. As in, it gets turned off if it gets jiggled around in your purse or put in your pocket and then you miss your calls. Mister Sprint Store Man told me "it's a HOLSTER phone". I guess I'm just not a holster phone kind of girl.
Do people really even use phone holsters, by the way? humph.

I love my chocolate phone! I've never once hit the hang-up button on the side. The touch buttons do take some getting use to, though.
