Hey LJC - My freezer jam has the bubbles right from the get go and is like that when I ladle it into the jars. I let the jars sit for 24 hours to set before putting in the freezer (according to the directions). Hmmm, what can I be doing wrong?
I've looked in so many places, but wasn't able to find the freezer pectin and freezer jars before our strawberry season ended. I wanted to make some! :( Looks like I'll have to try Amazon for next year.
I'm more interested in the pink bowls.
ReplyDeleteI wish I had your energy. Looks yummy.
ReplyDeleteIs this freezer jam? Mine always has lots of bubbles, how did you avoid that? They look perfect!
ReplyDeleteRaspeberry jam is the best!
ReplyDeleteanonymous... Yes it's freezer jam... so easy... about the bubbles, do you let your jars sit for half an hour before you put them in the freezer?
