I am addicted to eating goldfish at work. Especially the flavor blasted ones. They are just the right size for cut and paste... eat a goldfish... answer email... eat a goldfish... schedule design review... eat a goldfish.

I was wondering how many goldfish were too many goldfish, when I discovered the serving size was FIFTY-ONE! I know they are little, but there is something satisfying about eating fifty-one of something. I lined up fifty-one goldfish to see what that amount looked like. It's a big school of goldfish.

  1. Reminds me of Finding Nemo and that school of fish. I watch it way too much with the little one. LOL

  5. My daughter refused the special Goldfish that are all different colors. I guess traditional yellow is the way to go. I'll have to tasted the rainbow ones since she popped a red one in her mouth then frowned at me and said "No, mamma, no."

  6. I'm pleasantly surprised by the large serving size. Too often these days you see things listed for next-to-nothing calories, only to discover that the serving size is too small to matter.

  8. One day, I let my daughter eat goldfish for a snack at a friend's house before lunch. She was 1 1/2 at the time.. and refused to take even one bite of a lunch she would normally eat. It was the first meal she ever skipped...maybe she had 51 and it was a whole lunch serving for a 1 1/2 year old?

  13. I don't understand why Jen needs to call Jenny a "porky pig". Some of my favorite posts of Jenny's are when she talks about what food she's eating/discovering etc. She eats normally and is certainly not a pig. I think it's sad that Jen needs to insult Jenny like that.
