I almost forgot to put this cooking project on my project page. Back in October, Aaron and I made Crockpot Caramel Apple Butter.

I love cooking with the crock pot. I also like having little jars of apple butter to share with my friends.

    stupid question - without a crockpot, i could just simmer in a large pot for 3-4 hours?
