For this years Holiday Party, we got out our turkey fryer, Matt brought his over and we had two deep fried turkeys! There was also rolls, corn casserole, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes with gravy, filling, cranberry sauce and so much more. The food was delicious and we had so much fun. There is nothing like having all your friends together for the holidays!
Check out the pictures of the party on my gallery page.
I'm gaining weight just reading your blog.
ReplyDeletelooks like you guys had an amazing time! Was Tina able to attend the festivities?
ReplyDeleteYour blog is the greatest!! I've been enjoying it for about a year now (and voted for you in the contest) and always think you should weigh about 300 pounds the way you enjoy your food - but instead you always look so svelte in your photos!
ReplyDeleteDid you really mean "...gravy, STUFFING, cranberry sauce..."? I hope that's what you meant, because I LOVE a good silly/funny typo.
ReplyDelete...and maybe stuffing SHOULD be called "filling"! :)
green bean casserole is absolutely, hands down, my favorite food in the whole world.
ReplyDeleteI am trying to understand the difference between stuffing and filling. I thought they were the same but I guess not... can anyone help?
ReplyDeletei think hubby and friend missed the martha special on how to carve a turkey the 'proper' way (ha) i wish i would have recorded it because i also will be a turkey hacker for the rest of my life
ReplyDeleteI love how on Aaron's apron, Cartoon Aaron has an apron with Oscar on it.
ReplyDeletejennie...martha has a video of it on her site hehe. Also stuffing and filling are the same thing... at least here in Texas
ReplyDeleteMaybe it's regional.
ReplyDeleteI'm in California (but from Michigan) and I've definitely only ever heard what goes in a turkey called "stuffing". "Filling" is what goes in a pie.
