Now I am getting carrots out of the garden. This handful is only a fraction of what is still out there waiting to be picked.

Now we can have fresh honey carrot coins. Just cook the carrots slices in salt, pepper and oil (I like to use walnut oil) until they are nicely browned. Add some honey and butter, let it simmer for a bit and serve. Yum.
