Last year we received a hammock as a wedding gift, but we didn't have anywhere to hang it. This year I used birthday money from Grandma to get a hammock stand. It was very sturdy and easy to put together. Our next investment will be stand wheels and a hammock pillow.

This was pretty much how Memorial Day was spent.

    I can't wait to have a backyard so that I can have a hammock....and a vegetable garden.

    Brian and I spent some time in hammocks in Mexico at our resort(we just got back Sunday)and there were so comfy! Gee-what a cool thing to have one in your backyard. Enjoy!

    I had the same situation where my husband and I got a a hammock for our wedding while living in a one bedroom brownstone apartment in DT Boston. We finally moved to SoCal and we now have a gigantic patio begging for a hammock. I've ordered my patio stand at The Intimate Gardener.com (Free shipping-woohoo!!!)
