Oh drool.....everything looks fantastic! I need to try the Welsh Rarebit recipe, immediately!
LJC, I also wanted to say thanks for the sweet comment you wrote on my blog yesterday. Your blog is one of the first sites I ever started reading and I couldn't get enough of it, I remember going back through your archives and wishing I lived in Rochester because you and your friends had so much fun! It was one of the reasons I wanted to start a site of my own. So, to have you say such a nice thing made me feel all warm and fuzzy and "aw shucks" inside. Thank you.
Yeah, I was gonna say...those scones make me sick - in a good way. My best recipe tastes great (from food network, calling all cooks) - but they look so pitiful compared to yours. Great job! -kat
Don't make me hungry, please.

Hiya,
ReplyDeleteWhat kind of cheese did you use in the Welsh Rarebit?
Thanks!
-Megan
Looks delish ljc! :)
ReplyDeleteI used shredded white cheddar. I actually ended up using a combination of the many recipes I found online to make the rarebit.
ReplyDeleteYour scones look perfect! Mine always look like blobs. Good job!
