A lot of babies were/are making their appearance this summer. I really like to give handmade gifts, but due to the sheer volume of babies, I needed something quick and easy.

I came up with my own special Baby Onesies. A store bought packet of onesies, some ironon inkjet paper and embroidery thread and I was all set.

Special tips... don't forget to flip any type backwards before you print onto the paper and try to convince your husband to do the ironing if you can.

  3. LJC - They are fab! Wonderfully designed. The print job looks so nice. I'm curious what printer you use -- or if you have any recommends. I'm looking for a new one to replace my HP. (thanks in advance).

  12. Those are cool! I've done my own custom onesies too, as well as baby t's and burp cloths. They are always a big hit with new mommies.

  13. My favorite thing about reading new web blogs is the ideas you get from them. Your onesie idea is GREAT! (Onesie is fun to say, isn't it?)

  16. So cute! Do you know if you can put the onesies in the dryer at all? My sister made me an "I love sushi!" iron-on for one my baby girl's onesies, but she wasn't sure if I could then put the item in the dryer without ruining the iron-on ...
