Check out these Spookyland Toys. Halfsies are little critters with exchangeable bottoms. The site says "Look at em, they're all switched up! They're so silly." Tragic scenarios can be played out when their torsos are severed... "Hang in there, buddy. I'm gonna go get some ointment." ( I don't think the red blood-like goo is included)
If you look closely, the blob of goo is actually a used tampon. Its better seen in a larger photo.
