Pottery Birthday
For Aaron's birthday party this year, I booked a pottery party at the Bisque and Brush. We ate white chocolate carrot cake from Philips European and painted pottery. The woman in charge kept commenting on how quiet we were and sure enough when I reviewed the digital pics, we are all sitting at the table with our heads down.
It was very theraputic to have this "craft time" and everyone's stuff looked great. Pictured here is Tony's death mug, my dotty bunny, Chuck's sunny mug and Aaron's cupcake mug. They haven't been fired yet. I can hardly wait to see how they turn out. Sarah did an adorable craft fund piggy bank, Tina a little jar with super detailed hearts, Matt did a funny plate with a smiling otter and Aaron and Greta made a matching mug and rice bowl. I think I will post before and after pics when I pick them up from being fired.
